  • How do I refer a lead?
    Once you have applied via the form on the page, we review your application and if approved you'll sign our terms and conditions and be assigned a lead partner on our sales team. You can refer leads by email, phone, text, or whatever works for you directly to your lead partner.
  • Will you contact leads I refer?
    We will not reach out directly to your leads unless you've granted us permission to. We'll never use your name without your explicit permission. We won't SPAM, harass, or contact leads you submit in any way other than how we discuss with you.
  • Is there any materials provided for participants in the partner program?
    Yes, we provide case studies and other collateral to help you understand our services better and improve your ability to refer and close quality leads.
  • Am I required to be a part of the sales process?
    Depending on your partnership level, you may be involved in the sales process to varying degrees.
  • Can I refer more than one lead?
    Absolutely! There's no limit to the number of leads you can refer. The more leads you send our way, the more you can earn.
  • When are commissions paid?
    30 days after first payment you will start receiving a commission.
  • What renewal terms do you have with clients?
    Clients can choose to pause or cancel their subscription at any time. If they choose to pause or cancel their subscription, commissions will stop.
  • What if we want to revert a change or reverse an update?
    No worries! We will continue to make changes until you're 100% satisfied (barring any irreversible changes like data deletions).
  • How do I put my subscription on pause?
    We understand that business processes don't change over night. You might not require our services all of the time, so you can pause your subscription. Billing is done on a 31 day cycle. For example, if you decide to pause your account on day 16, you will have 15 days of service remaining to be used at anytime in the future.
  • Is there a limit to how many updates I can request?
    Nope. Once subscribed we manage all of your updates one by one.
  • Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
    We only offer refunds in extreme cases and if no work has been conducted.
  • Who are the 'HubSpot Experts'?
    Hubjoy is made up of a team of highly specialized HubSpot administrators. Each subscriber is assigned a lead admin who becomes their main point of contact.
  • Why wouldn't someone on my team manage our HubSpot?
    Honestly, they probably could... but you need to decide what is more important for your business, managing your CRM or having your team focused on inputs! Once Hubspot is setup, you might be alright for awhile. But as your business evolves and your processes change, HubSpot will be evolving too. And that's where we come in. We stay on top of all things HubSpot so when it comes time to update your CRM or change your business process, we can manage it in the most efficient way possible.
  • How do I request HubSpot updates/changes?
    All requests are submitted through a shared Trello board. You are free to add any additional context on the Trello card for that request (videos, text, screenshots, etc.). If additional details are required, we will comment directly on the card to ensure we're completely aligned before making any updates or changes.
  • What if I only have a single request?
    All good! You can just pause your subscription and return when you need more updates made.
  • How fast will my changes be made?
    On average, most requests are implemented within 24hrs. However, more complex requests can take longer.
  • How long does it take?
    The audit typically takes 2-3 business days to complete. 🕒 Once finished, we’ll send you a guided portal walkthrough video and comprehensive report with our findings and recommendations. If you have a tight deadline, just let us know!
  • Who does it?
